The most common cause of this is an incorrect team login id.

Club login's or personal logins will not allow you to enter or confirm scores.

Make sure you are using a current team log in for this season, previous season team log ins will not work.

If you are logged in and the option to "record" or "confirm" scores does not appear under the match then you are not logged in correctly.

I cannot recover lost passwords as those are created when the teams are registered by the club reps/ pros...etc. But in the worst case, I can rest a password if all else fails!
